    Our technical team remains on site working to restore service to the affected clients. Additional teams have since been dispatched, and trenching operations are currently underway to repair the damaged cable that was identified. Once trenching has been completed, the team will proceed with splicing operations. The power disruption affecting the community has significantly delayed repair efforts, however, our teams will work through the evening to repair the damaged cable.

A second break, caused by municipal maintenance, has been identified, and a dedicated team is currently working on repairing that damaged cable. Testing of Customer Termination Points (CTP) is being conducted at various locations to confirm that links are active and traffic is passing successfully. Despite the ongoing power issues, we remain committed to restoring all affected services. The ongoing disruption may cause delays in restoration efforts.
