The team will continue with restoration efforts as conditions safely allow. Once splicing is completed, network testing will be conducted to verify connectivity and restore service to the affected customers.

Once preparation is completed, fibre splicing will begin, followed by network testing to verify connectivity and restore service to the affected customers.

Our technical team is still on site and they have identified the cause of the network disruption as a cable break. Restoration efforts are well underway, with the team currently installing additional fibre cable between the affected poles and repairing the fibre connections.

Once the repair work has been completed, the team will conduct network tests to verify connectivity and restore service.
