Our technical team remains onsite, and restoration efforts are progressing. The team is currently installing and stringing the replacement fibre cable in preparation for the splicing process.

Once the cable installation has been completed, technicians will begin fibre splicing to restore connectivity to the affected customers.

Additional resources have been deployed to the site to support the restoration efforts and expedite the repair process. Technicians are working to replace the damaged section of the cable and restore connectivity to the affected customers as quickly and safely as possible.
